We manage apartment communities that provide a comfortable living environment for each resident. For your peace of mind, our emergency maintenance coverage is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our professional onsite management staff - resident managers, leasing and maintenance staff - treat each resident with the utmost respect, listening and responding to genuine concerns. If you have any concerns about your apartment, please contact our onsite staff. Residents are also welcome to contact JBM headquarters about any unresolved issues.

Responsibilities
Residents are responsible, at a minimum, to:
- Keep the premises clean and sanitary
- Properly dispose of household trash in a clean, sanitary, and timely manner
- Properly use all electrical, gas, and plumbing fixtures and keep them as clean
and sanitary as possible - Not permit any of it's household members or guests to destroy, deface,
impair, or remove any component or fixture of the building (inside and out) - Only utilize the premises for the lawful purposes for which it is rented (as a place for living, sleeping, cooking, etc.)
- Repair any deterioration or damage caused by the household of it's guests due to recklessness or negligence
- Immediately report any needed repairs to the Rental Office
As a landlord, JBM is responsible, at a minimum, to maintain that:
- Roofs, doors and windows are weatherproof
- Plumbing, including hot and cold water & sewer are operable and free of leaks
- Lights and wiring is operable and safe
- Floors, stairways, and railings are in good repair
- Upon move-in, apartment is clean, with no piles of trash, and no vermin or rodents
- Enough central trash receptacles in order to enable residents to clear household trash out of their unit on a daily basis.
- An operable deadbolt lock is installed on each main-swinging door
